E-Sign Your Offer Letter and Complete Online Onboarding Tasks

You will receive an email notification with your offer letter that will need to be signed electronically.

An additional email notification will be sent for online Onboarding tasks to be completed:

• Employee Demographics Form
• Employee Acknowledgements
• NM Educational Retirement Board - Employee Data Form (Excluding Postdocs)
• Payment Installment Form (For 9-month Academic Year Faculty)

Create a NetID

Once your onboarding tasks are completed, you will receive an email with a link detailing your UNM Banner ID (a 9-digit ID number) and instructions to establish your UNM NetID. This is generally sent out within 3-5 business days.

Your UNM NetID will allow you to access these services, as well as others not listed here:

• myUNM (a personalized landing page to access internal systems, websites, feeds, and events)
• LoboMail (UNM email)
• UNM Canvas (a learning management system for faculty to access courses, assignments, modules, grades, etc.)
• UNM eLibrary
• UNM Parking and Transportation Services
• LoboWiFi
